Groups of 2-10 people can join each experience at a time,including children who are 10 years old and above. If your group is not up to 10 people, you'll be joined by other groups of people who have also booked the experience for the same time slot.

You can book an experience at least 24 hours in advance. An experience is marked as booked only after payment is confirmed.

Sure but you can only cancel your reservation within 2 hours of booking. Once your reservation has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel it.

That depends on the request. Please call or WhatsApp us on 0809 884 9999 to describe your request in full as we charge separately for special requests. Booking at least 14 days before the intended date gives us enough time to find your requested items.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before an experience is scheduled to start so that you can take pictures and get settled. Arrivals 15 mins after the scheduled time are deemed late and will attract a 10% late fee. Your booking fee will not be refunded if you arrive after the experience has started.

We do not allow audio or video recordings of the entire process but we allow short clips for social media.

If you can no longer make the scheduled time, please call or WhatsApp us on 0809 884 9999 as soon as possible, and we will reschedule for the next available date with a new group. We charge a 10% rescheduling fee and are not able to refund the booking fee in this case.
